I ordered a medium-sized pet bed from this place, paid for express shipping, but it took forever to get here. The bed is just awful, basically a lump of stuffing in a badly stitched cover. I tried all the tips to fluff it up, but it’s just low-quality junk!!! I inquired about getting a refund, but they told me they don’t cover return shipping or have any returns process, so I’d have to send it back myself at my own expense, which wouldn’t be cheap since the bed is massive and I can’t vacuum pack it. These are a cheap imitation of 'Pup Naps' beds; if you want the real deal for an anti-stress bed, go to them. This is just garbage. The customer service is the worst.

These towels are just great! I really dig 'em, so I ended up getting more because I liked 'em that much.

Placing an order was a breeze. I really like the item I got; it’s a little gift for my sister since she adores Robins, and there's one that comes by her garden regularly.

I got myself the anti-stress pet bed in a large size. Honestly, I'm pretty let down by it since there's hardly any cushioning at the bottom. I can actually feel the floor beneath it. I’ve attempted to fluff it up, but it remains quite thin with barely any padding where my dog lays down. The sides are nicely padded, and it's a shame they didn’t carry that over to the bottom of the bed.

I ordered a calming bed, but it showed up damaged with a big hole along one of the seams. The stitching was all off. I reached out via email with a photo, and all I got back was an "I’m sorry..." response, but they didn’t offer any partial refund or exchange. I ended up grabbing my own needle and thread to fix it. If you're looking for a calming bed, you might wanna spend a little extra and get a decent one that has a removable cover for washing... like Petnaps! They’re way better in every aspect and have awesome customer service.

My puppy is totally into his new bed! The customer support was top-notch.

This is a fantastic product! The harness fits wonderfully. My dog has an 11-inch chest, and the small size is just right.

Ordered a harness, but there’s no phone number or name included. It’s a low-quality imitation of a K9 model, and it’s already torn after just a couple of months.

The name tags were empty when the harness showed up, but Pamper Paws swapped them out right away. Great service, and I'm really happy with the harness (my dog is happy too).
